You can make your car reservation by using your Visa/Mastercard credit cards after completing the selections related to your reservation on the main page of www.kiralasur.com.tr. You can also make your reservation through our call centre or offices.

In accordance with our security rules, driver information and payment card information must match for car hire services made through all our reservation channels.

All vehicles in our fleet have traffic insurance and motor insurance.

The rental contract is concluded with the person who rents the vehicle. Depending on the contract, the information of the person renting the vehicle is included in all insurance and assurance conditions of the vehicle. In the event that a person who does not have information in the rental contract is a party to an accident with material or moral damage as a driver; all insurance and assurances are deemed invalid and both the person renting the vehicle and the persons involved in the accident are held responsible for the accident. Additional driver service; It enables an additional driver to be a party to the contract and to take part in insurance and assurances. Driver age and driving licence age application varies according to vehicle groups and this also applies to the additional driver. You can review our rental contract for the details of driver age and driving licence age application. You need to add our additional driver service to your reservation by selecting it from the Extra Services heading under the Car Selection page. If you want to benefit from the additional driver service after making your reservation, you need to contact us from our offices or call centre.

We kindly ask our guests who will experience a delay in the delivery of the vehicle to inform the office they specified as the return office when renting the vehicle. Depending on the duration of the delay, our guests may be charged a delay fee. In cases where the delay exceeds 2 hours, a one-day rental fee will be charged.
